Nominate Daddy Flexy For The INK Arts Festival Awards

Hi guys, your boy Daddy Flexy need you to help him score a nomination at the INK Arts Festival Awards 2016 for the "Award Of Excellence For Arts & Culture Development In The Community" award.

You may be asking "but why for that category?", well Daddy Flexy is not only a rapper, dancer and music producer but also the man that started and groomed the hip hop dance in Lindelani.

He grew up as a big Micheal Jackson fan and his love for hip hop started in the early year 2000 when he moved to Mariannridge, a coloured dominated neighbourhood with a lot of hip hop influence. He started dancing on his own without any proffessional assistence and managed to be one of the greatest dancers in Durban. 3 years later he moved back to Ntuzuma township (Lindelani) and started hip hop dance movement where he recruited old friends and started a rap and dance crew called White Knights (now known as Warrior Knights Dance Crew).

Daddy Flexy's nomination is Lindelani's nomination and his win is the community's win.

Your boy Daddy Flexy also known as Flexy Da-Ace has been in the hip hop game for a while. Some of you may remember him as the D'GAFA SQUAD leader and the WARRIOR KNIGHTS Dance-Crew founder and manager and some of you are like "Who Is Daddy Flexy?"

He is 1 half of the hip hop duo Em Fresh Boyz and also a dancer + founder of WARRIOR KNIGHTS Dance Crew. He is currently working on his solo project and what better way to start than to enter the regional talent search competition. Daddy Flexy entered the Search For The Stars regional talent competition hosted by uShaka Marine World in partnership with KZN Department Of Art and Culture.
